Roasted broccoli is delicious and it compliments a hearty meal. Add the garlic butter and you have a winning side dish. Serve at holidays to offer a real. It has only 3 ingredients.

Roasted Broccoli with Garlic Butter

Ingredients
  

  • 4 oz Butter Grass fed, salted
  • 1 lb Broccoli florets Frozen
  • 0.5 tsp Salt Morton Coarse Kosher Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Black Pepper Ground
  • 1 gal Water

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    In a large stockpot bring 1 gallon of water to boil and blanch the broccoli for 2-3 minutes until it turns bright green.
    In a 10-inch cast iron skillet melt the butter on medium-high heat, toss the broccoli in the butter and garlic, spring with salt, and place the pan into the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
    Serve in a cast iron pan, or serve in your favorite serving dish.
