Preheat oven to 350 degrees.In a large stockpot bring 1 gallon of water to boil and blanch the broccoli for 2-3 minutes until it turns bright green.In a 10-inch cast iron skillet melt the butter on medium-high heat, toss the broccoli in the butter and garlic, spring with salt, and place the pan into the preheated oven for 15 minutes.Serve in a cast iron pan, or serve in your favorite serving dish.
