- 2 oz Butter Grass fed, salted
- 18 ea Dough Balls Frozen
Dough from Scratch
- 1 lb Bread Flour
- 2.25 tsp Dry Active Yeast (1 packet)
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tsp Salt Morton Course Kosher Salt
- .25 cup Avocado Oil
- 1 cup Warm milk
- 2 oz Butter Grass fed, salted
- 1 ea Egg, Large
Fat to grease the pan
- 1 tbsp Avocado Oil
Instructions
For Pre-Made Dough
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease the surface of the pan with the smaller amount of avocado oil.
