Breakfast sausage is delicious, but who wants the mess of frying it every day or constantly cleaning up after it? By batch cooking your sausages, you can have par-cooked sausages ready to brown any morning you want.

Frying link sausages can be a little frustrating when you are trying to brown the sausages and make sure the interior is cooked all the way through. Batch cooking this item in the oven solves this problem for you.

Instructions

  1. Breakfast Link Sausages

    Preheat oven to 375.

The box of Swaggerty's link sausages has 42 links.  You can fit this entire package on one half-size sheet pan.

Line the pan with parchment paper, and arrange the links on the pan.

Cook for 20 minutes until the sausages are 165 but not browning.

Remove from oven and let cool.

Seal and store for future use.  When ready to use, brown the pre-cooked sausages in a pan on medium heat.
