This is simply preserving the cooked breast meat of a rotisserie chicken.

At the warehouse clubs, the rotisserie chicken is a great value. And Sam’s and Costco sell the these chickens split and cold also at a lesser price.

You can use the meat from the chickens that are hot in the display, or if they are available purchase the splits from the refrigerated section

Variations

Use in soups, stews, and rice and pasta dishes that require chicken breast meat.

Instructions

  1. Rotisserie Chicken Meat Instructions

    Remove the skin and pull meat from the bones.  Discard skin and bones.

    Roughly dice the meat and seal in a vacuum seal bag.

    Freeze until ready to thaw.
